THE HSSP TEAM

To safeguard the success of the programme, there is in place a Project Execution Unit, led by Project Manager Orett Clarke and comprised of team with over 30 members. This includes leads for Components 1 and 2, a financial specialist, a project accountant, a procurement specialist, a project administrator, and a range of other specialists and supporting officers to carry out the functions of each component and unit.

There is also in place a Technical Working Group and a Project Steering Committee comprised of representatives from the Pan-America Health Organisation, the Planning Institute of Jamaica, the Ministry of Finance and Planning, and the Inter-American Development Bank – together with senior Ministry of Health and Wellness personnel, including the Chief Medical Officer and the head of the Health Promotion and Protection Branch.
